Dave Courtney is one of London's best known former gangsters - his vast number of criminal contacts have earned him the dubious title "The Yellow Pages of Organised Crime". 

This observational documentary series follows Courtney's ill-fated attempts to put his criminal past behind him, from his high-profile trial at the Old Bailey to his bid to break into movies.  On the way, it tells the story of Courtney's rise to notoriety in London's East End, from juvenile delinquent, to petty criminal, to organised gangster.
